One thing that has become very clear to me through all this ~ why subs need rules in their lives, whether they be few or many. When someone is used to pleasing, responding, giving, without that focus, it is easy to become.. not lost, exactly, but.. adrift, I believe the word is.

No daily conversations... check ~ ins... soft words, surprise visits... have left me floundering. Work has slowed on the pages, and I have had to rethink everything Dr. Wicked has spoken to me about.
