What is an FAQ?
FAQ means Frequently Asked Questions. Rather than continuing to answer the same questions over and over via email, this is a resource that gives me a chance to answer alot of the common questions I receive before they are asked. Hopefully. ;)
Why don't you write a story about...?
I appreciate all thoughts, comments, and feedback about my stories and my site. However, I do not take story requests or suggestions when writing new stories. My stories come from some strange dark twisted little part of my brain that I seem to have no control over, it comes up with an idea and it tells me to write it down, and I just do as I'm told. Anyone is welcome to offer suggestions, and on very rare occasions an idea will strike a chord with me and my little story brain will start gnawing on it and come up with a story around it, but it happens very rarely, and when it does, it is only a vague concept, very specific story line requests just won't happen.
Would you like to meet/play with me?
I get many, many emails from men, and a few women who want to know if I play. And if I would want to play with them should they happen to travel into my area at any point. In short, the answer would be no. While I sympathize and can relate to the position alot of spankos are in, in terms of vanilla spouses, or lack of play partners, I just have too many people asking me, and too many people I already play with to add to my circle. Its not personal, its a matter of my own sanity. I just can't take on anything more at this point of my life, and am trying to simplify.
Do you exchange phone calls?
See above. Same deal. I don't exchange phone calls with people I don't know. If I know you, different deal (before all my friends get upset with me), but please don't send an email and say, Hi I'm ____, would you like to call me? It just puts me in an awkward position, I feel bad turning people down, but I have to.
Why don't you respond to my email?
I do try to respond to all my email, eventually. I am extremely busy, and usually don't even check my email more than a couple times during the week. I try to respond to mailing list requests immediately, but all my other email gets put aside and responded to as I have time in the order it was recieved. I still have emails in my backlog that are four weeks old. Bear with me, if you email, and I don't get back to you within a week, you may send another and say, are you still there? I will try to send a quick response and say, I have your email, I'll get to you ASAP, just so you know the message wasn't lost in cyberspace.
Why aren't there more F/F / M/F / etc... stories?
Partly for the reasons I already discussed about where my stories come from. Sometimes for some unkown reason, a F/F or a M/F or a M/M story will pop out and I don't know how or why. I am a female top. I spank men. So that's what I usually write about. There are tons of sites out there with M/F and M/M stories, and probably quite a few F/F I just haven't looked very extensively, this site is primarily F/M.
When are you going to write another story?
Ahh, the eternal question. Whenever the muse strikes, my motivation is up, I can stay awake, and I'm not swamped with work and school. Yes, I'm in school. Yes, I'm legal, I'm in college, working on a professional certification program. I'm carrying 17 semester hours, plus non-credit lab time. I'm pretty much at school for eight hours a day. Then I come home and have papers, reading, practice, etc. So, page updates, stories, etc, all are dependent on the great academic god smiling down on me and giving me less homework on some weekend. Bear with me.
Why don't you write another interactive story?
It takes alot of time and effort which I don't have at the moment. If I have a sudden burst of energy and inspiration, maybe I'll do another one, but until then, you're stuck with that one.
Why do I get errors trying to run the interactive story page?
Probably because you have an older browser. I don't know why, but that seems to be the problem when it doesn't work for people. I have been researching, but I haven't found any way around that problem other than updating your browser, I put two update links on the page for you to try if you have either Netscape or Internet Explorer.
Why aren't there any pics on your site?
Well, for one reason, they take up too much memory space and they take too long to load. For another reason, they just don't fit with my vision for my site. I have a very intangible, and inexplainable, but still controlling idea about what is and isn't appropriate for what I want my site to be, and I operate under that concept. I won't justify it, its my site, I'll do whatever I want, so there :P, J/K. :) (Tops can be brats too)
Will you ever put a personals section on your page?
No. For the same reason that there won't be pictures. This is a place for me to put my own writing and whatever else I feel like showcasing or I consider fun, personals are not appropriate here.
Do you know anyone who would play with me in my area?
No. I know very few female tops, and the chances of them being in your area, and willing to take on another play partner are slim to none, you're on your own on that one.
Can you help me get a spanking?
No. I can't give you one, and I don't know anyone who can. There are resources in most every major metropolitan area that you can connect with, I will try to gather some information on some of the national organizations and give contacts for people to pursue if they wish. Again, though, that will be dependent on my time restraints.
Why don't you have a links page?
I'm workin' on it I'm workin' on it. Its being built very, very slowly, I have very little time to surf the web and find sites that I like. I welcome anyone who has favorite sites or sites they think are useful or informational to mail me the URLs and I will check them out. I can't guarantee I will use them, I'm very picky and arbitrary as I said before, but if would save me alot of time searching the web myself, and I might find some things to add to my links page, and speed up the process of getting it put up.
Why didn't you put MY question in your FAQ?
What? This thing isn't long enough as it is? I'm J/K. I tried to put up the most common questions that I get from visitors to my site. And of course I'm getting old and decrepit and my two feeble brain cells can't remember everything, so if there's a burning question that I've left out here, feel free to email me. If its a question that alot of other people have had, I will try to add it to the FAQ, if not I will answer it privately.
