COME,STAY,PLAY!

The house was built in 1908 as Fremont changed from a mill-town to a suburb at the end of the inter-urban trolley line. The area still retains its small town aura and you can safely take an evening stroll on streets peopled by its residents. The exterior and grounds are still undergoing renovation and a new patio is in the works.

Entering our foyer you will be greeted by our beautifully serene Japanese fountain. To help you feel at home our info table is always loaded with brochures/menus from local eateries and information on many interesting leather/BDSM friendly venues.

The living room features a grand piano (if you wish to play-- you may), greenery and COMFORTABLE furniture. Mexican and Oriental rugs grace the floors and a variety of reading material and magazines are available.

Our newly remodeled kitchen is where we create breakfast dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. We try to accommodate special needs and diets if you alert us at the time of your reservation. Breakfast is usually a myriad of choices---simple as granola and yogurt--- or homemade muffins, bread, rolls, many kinds of cereal, fruit, and homemade jams and jellies.

Though not every item is there every morning, you will have many choices. For a nominal charge we can provide birthday/anniversary cake, candles, etc. If it is "doable" we will try our best to create the atmosphere you want---we even have a giant birthday cinnamon roll!

Whether you choose breakfast around the lovely dining room table or in bed it will be a moment to remember.

And, yes, your server can be in a costume of your choice: policeman, fireman, cowboy, leather daddy; you get the idea--- exotic or ordinary, plain tableware or our fancy china & crystal. You decide.

An "open" staircase leads to the second level where you find  generously appointed guest rooms with queen beds and LOTS of pillows, writing desk, rocking chairs, bookcases full of curios and reading material, and eclectic artwork to grace every wall. (We do have an additional bedroom, should you have a party of four, but normally you have the entire facility  for your own personal use)

One of the bedrooms has a TV with cable and premium channels. You will find local maps to the area, fresh water carafes, and flowers in season. Each room is provided with racks for hanging your clothes, and bathrobes (if you choose to use them). Both bedrooms are at least 16x18 so you have room to stretch out.

Additionally, the shared bath is just a few steps away and has a double shower for morning romancing. The inn is so private that inside clothing is optional for the free spirited.

Outside there is a covered porch for smokers, and nicely groomed beds of local flowers and greenery.

Our hot tub is available for use around the clock. Because it is a residential neighborhood, robes must be worn to and from the hot tub -- but once in, it can be just skin.

And of course the highpoint of Gypsy Arms is the Dungeon.

But don't just settle for a virtual tour, come and explore Gypsy Arms yourself.
