How do I confirm my reservation?
You may confirm by email or phone, but we MUST receive a $50 deposit check within 10 days to hold your reservation. Checks should be made out to: WAYNE SIMONEAUX, 3628 Palatine Ave N. Seattle, WA 98103-8521. 206 547 8194

Why doesn't every city have a Gypsy Arms?
That is the question we asked when we were traveling! So we came home and created Gypsy Arms . We get many calls about "is there something in my area?" As far as we know we are the only luxury B&B that also offers dungeon space. If you know of any others around the country let us know and we will link them to our site.

Who is top and who is bottom?
That is a judgment call only you can make. Remember your hanky code: Left-Top, Right -Bottom. The old saying is : only the best bottoms make it to the top!

What is available for toys?
Our toy chest runneth over: St. Andrew's Cross, cage, horse, whips and canes, hoods cuffs and collars, three slings! Bring your own too! Now, just get that butt in a sling!

When is check in and check out?
Check in time is 2PM and check out time is 12 noon! Breakfast time is between 9 o'clock and 11 o'clock AM, you choose the time. After a hard nights work out you will be very hungry!
