Gypsy Arms Bed and Breakfast

Gypsy Arms is a bed and breakfast with a twist, or perhaps for some a "twisted" bed and breakfast. Although we cater to everyone, we have a special interest in providing a place to stay/play for those in the Leather/Levi/SM communities. To get a good sense of the setting, jump ahead to our online tour.

We are a small, two bedroom inn with an additional 40'x40'  dungeon in our basement. Our establishment is pansexual and welcomes everyone who would like a safe/sane playspace while on their travels or just for a weekend getaway.

We are housed in a 1908 box Victorian Home in the middle of old Fremont- the hippie area of Seattle during the 60's and 70's.

During those years, local legend says it was the home base of a group of "outlaw bikers" who parked their cycles in the living room and dining room areas by driving them up the steps on some 2" X 12"s. They drew their skeleton sketches on the walls, covered the living room floor to ceiling with smoked mirrored tiles, and left the orange and cream shag carpet (and the floor underneath) stained with oil spots. What is today the dungeon was divided into 8' X 8' cubicles, made our of whatever boards and cardboard was available, thus creating "personal" space. We will leave the activities there up to your own imaginations! We are sure that some of their energy still resides at the inn.

Though now mixed residential/apartment blocks and light industrial, Fremont maintains a climate of open tolerance and acceptance of various lifestyles similar to that found in San Francisco.
