Helping The Submissive Discover and Accept Her Submissive Nature
In the online program,  after the Candidate submitted a Petition and executed an Agreement of Service,  her formal training would begin.   I titled my approach to submissiveness training as "Quadrant Training", because it encompassed four very distinct levels of study.   Quadrant One explored the mind.  Quadrant Two explored the body.  Quadrant Three explored the intellectual study of sexual psychology and physiology.  Quadrant Four was designed to explore putting the preceeding three Quadrants into practice, but this proved to be the most daunting to bring to life.

However, I firmly believe that a skilled Dominant doesn't try to take a new submissive too deep too quickly.  So in turn,  I would gently guide my trainee through a series of narratives to help her  free her imagination and bring her true submissive nature closer to the surface so that we both could see it more clearly.   Clicking on the links below will take you to examples of exercises my trainees were asked to explore and prepare.  Some of the most revealing responses can be seen in the Expressions section of The Submissive Muse.

Each of these "First Quadrant" exercises will open in a new browser window.  Simply close that window to return to this page.  These pieces contain graphic images and are not to be viewed if it is illegal to do so.

Some of the trainees in the program would write and tell me that some of the First Quadrant Exercises had a profound affect on them, both sexually and emotionally, sometimes to the degree that they became upset over some memory that got jarred loose.   Others had no real response whatsover, just writing the bare minimum to satisfy the requirement.  Others would write and tell me that they just couldn't "get it",  or that the scenario drew a complete blank.

These exercises were never about who could express themselves well in words, but rather,  what submissive fantasy and desire did they keep buried within.  A critic wrote me that all I was doing was trying to make women write me dirty stories, but interestingly enough,  the responses didn't have much of an erotic effect on me at all.   After all, I was the Trainer and Mentor to these women,  and I owed them my best effort in studying the thoughts laden between their written lines.
